DOVE PEPPER POPPERS

24 Dove Breasts
1 lb. block cheddar cheese (cut in 1/2" by 1/2" strips cross ways)
4 whole jalapeno peppers (quartered longways)
1 lb. bacon 
1 tablespoon liquid crab boil 

Boil dove breasts in crab boil and 1/2 gallon of water until breasts are cooked. Peel or filet breasts off bone. Take three breasts pieces, one of the chunks of cheese and a 1/4 piece of jalapeno pepper. Put the cheese and pepper into the middle of the three dove breast pieces then wrap them with a strip of bacon making sure to cover all of the middle and ends to seal the dove completely then peg with a tooth pick. Put on a BBQ grill and cook until bacon is cooked. This will seal the cheese inside of the bacon when it's cooked. Feeds 3 to 4 people.
