1 wild turkey
1 bottle tiger sauce
4 medium quartered apples
2 large onions chopped
2 cups water

Salt and pepper the bird to taste (tiger sauce has pepper in it) and stuff with garlic

First boil turkey in large pot. If it does not fit down in pot, boil 20 minutes on one side then flip bird over for 20 minutes. This makes turkey tender. Then in a large turkey pot, put turkey in. Stuff apples inside turkey. Put onions over top of turkey. Put water in bottom of pot. Cover and cook at 325 degrees.

Turkey 10 to 14 lbs. 3-1/2 to 4 hours

14 to 18 lbs. 4 to 4-1/2 hours

over 18 lbs. 4-1/2 to 6 hours
