"BAR-B-QUE DEER BRISKET IN BEER"

4-6 lbs of deer brisket
Allegro meat marinating sauce
1-16 oz can of beer
10 lbs of charcoal
Trim fat from brisket. Marinate in Allegro meat marinade for 12 hours. Light charcoal in pit, after coals burn down place brisket on grill searing on both sides until golden brown. Place in pyrex pan, add beer, cover with foil. Cook on pit until beer is almost boiled away. Approximately 1-1/2 hours
