TERIYAKI DUCK

4 Ducks
1 small bunch shallots
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup teriyaki
1/2 cup orange juice
15 pieces bacon
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Wash and dry birds and wrap each in a piece of bacon. Place breast side up in a baking pan. Lightly salt, pepper and garlic powder the tops of the wrapped ducks. Pour the wine, teriyaki, and the orange juice over the ducks. Take kitchen sheers and cut the shallots over the top of the ducks. Cover and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer, basting occasionally. Take from oven and thicken gravy with a little cornstarch.
