STUFFED DEER RECIPE

1- 3 lb deer roast (flat shape is better, like brisket)
1 lb deer sausage
½ medium onion-finely chopped
¼ medium bell pepper-finely chopped
Onions
Potatoes
Carrots
Seasoning

Lay deer roast flat, put into side and make a pocket into full length of roast, across full width.
Remove meat from deer sausage, mix with chopped onion and bell pepper.
Stuff into pocket of deer roast.
Place roast in roasting pan sprinkle liberally with meat tenderizer and tony’s.
Cover and put into 300-350 degree oven for 4-6 hours.
After 3 hours add large chunks of onions, potatoes, and carrots.
Finish in oven covered.
