CRABMEAT CASSEROLE

1 lb. crabmeat (imitation or fresh)
1 sm. onion chopped 
1 stalk celery chopped
1 bellpepper chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. of crackers (crushed up)
1 sm. can of French's French Fried Onions
Shredded American Cheese

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and then place them in a lightly greased 13"x9" casserole dish. Preheat oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until crabmeat turns light brown. After removing from oven, top with shredded American cheese.   

Can also add or substitute shrimp and crawfish.
