"SLAP YOUR BROTHER-IN-LAW" RED FISH

10-15 pound Red Fish
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch shallots-chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
few sprigs of fresh parsley

Bake Red Fish in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and remove the skin. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the fish. Return to oven and bake until fish is done approximately 20 minutes more. Garnish with lemon slices.
