GRILLED BACON WRAPPED REDFISH

1 lb bacon
2 lb redfish
salt & pepper
1 stick butter
barbecue sauce
charcoal
Cut bacon slices in halves. Cut redfish into small cubes. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap bacon around each cube of fish and put a toothpick through it to hold it together. Cook on a barbecue pit, turning over to brown on both sides. While cooking, baste it with butter. After it's cooked put barbecue sauce on both sides and leave on grill for 5 minutes. Remove from grill and serve.
