CRAB FINGER MARINADE
1/4 Cup red wine vingagar
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 TBSP chopped garlic
1/2 cup Grana cheese
2 TBSP chili flake "Wang" brand
2 TBSP Steens cane syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBSP lemon zest
1 TBSP creole seasoning
Method
Combine everything except olive oil then whisk in slowly for an emulisification.
