Don Dubuc's Favorite Fishing Recipes

Over the years, Don has come across some truly phenomenal recipes for all types of fish and crustaceans found in the waters of Louisiana.

CRAB FINGER MARINADE

1/4 Cup red wine vingagar
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 TBSP chopped garlic
1/2 cup Grana cheese
2 TBSP chili flake "Wang" brand
2 TBSP Steens cane syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBSP lemon zest
1 TBSP creole seasoning

Method
Combine everything except olive oil then whisk in slowly for an emulisification.
