STUFFED CRABSubmitted by: Bonnie Vanney 1lb crab meat Saute all ingredients in frying pan until onions are tender, don't brown. Add crab meat to ingredients on low heat turning continuously with spatula about 15 minutes. Spoon crab meat into shells or oven ready casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, place (crab shells 1/2 tab butter) (casserole dish 4 tabs butter) on top. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until butter is melted. Serves 6 |
